

DepressionIt grips you and sufficates you. Keeps you locked up in fear, and agony. You push through the fear and agony seeking refuge from the constant torment. You find solace in little things that keep you preoccupied for a short time. But always it returns keeping you distrat and alone. You are a prisioner, it is your guard reminding you of the prision that it created. You think back to to few times you've escaped, how good it felt. Yet you always ended back here in the end every time. You begin to wonder why you try and seek escape knowing that you always end up back here. You know it fells goodDepression


ThoughtYou work, you meditate, you ponder. Your thoughts keep coming back to that thought. No matter what you do to distract yourself. No matter what you do to fill your time. Your thoughts always come back to that thought. No matter how much you think on it, it still prove to be a problem with no easy answer. You know what you want, you know how to achieve it, but the possible outcomes of the choice could be disasterous. It troubles you how hard a simple decision can be, or how a simple choice can have so many devistating results. You can't escape from the thought, its so troubling not being able to fThought


DarknessYou sit in the dark, alone and scared. Darkness and silence, surrounds you and isolates you. The silence is suddenly broken by a distant sound. The sound is growing louder and louder as it approaches you. You reconize the sound as something runnig, but as to what or how many you can't say. It continues to get closer and closer. The darkness still shrouding its appearance or true distance. The sound is almost deafening, when it suddenly just stops. Silence and darkness surround you, with the lingering feeling that something is still there. The darkness beings to give way to light around youDarkness


MotivationA need to accomplish something. A want to prove your something more. A desire to be the best at something and be admired. You have everything you need to achieve your needs, wants, and desires. Yet there you sit and complain about how nothing goes your way. You push in moments of desperation and prove you can achieve it all. Just to stop short of getting your momentum moving forward. You fall backwards and back into your routine of complaining and sinking lower into desperation. You blame the world for all your problems and lack of acomplishment. You are your own enemy.
